Interruptions: Disrupting the Silence, LLC offers a unique program—Let's Talk: Peer-to-Peer Emotional Wellness—designed to empower you to educate your community about dismantling myths and stigmas related to generational trauma in Black and Brown communities. The program's author, Reverend Odell Montgomery Cooper, is candid and transparent about her life struggles and resiliencies, creating a close and interactive experience. Through the Let's Talk program, the focus is on facilitating meaningful dialogues about mental health, trauma, faith, and emotional well-being—empowering individuals to engage in transformative conversations. This intensive, evidence-based, 8-session program begins with a small group of 25 individuals coming together for Session 1, where they establish a safe space through a mutual respect covenant and a no-judgment zone commitment. Throughout the later sessions, the program guides participants on a journey to unpack the traumatic interruptions that affect our lives and culture, helping them understand the associated behaviors.

Completion of this interactive program will enable you to undergo facilitator training, which will further equip you to launch the Let's Talk: Peer-to-Peer Emotional Wellness program within your organization or community.
